Confidentiality
We aim, as far as possible, to protect a proposer's Intellectual Property Rights. Proposers should consider carefully what information to include in their initial proposal. Whilst not divulging sensitive commercial information, the proposal needs to contain enough material to persuade us to read the business plan.

Due Diligence
Whilst, as principals, we will carry out extensive due diligence into a proposal (this is normally done by external auditors) we do try to do as much as is practicably possible to ensure that any proposal is commercially viable and that the management is competent before doing so. In addition, we request references in respect of the proposer(s) prior to the start of the funding stage.

Ethical Stand Point
The basic rule of our companies is that we will only invest in an ethical business. Along with the foregoing points, Limesquare Investments is fully committed to providing an ethical service. Proposers should be aware of the nature of the "Venture Capital" market and consider their expectations in a realistic and positive way.
